Registration for the 2009/2010 Season opens April 1st, 2009. Due to our new alliance with FC Milwaukee,
registration for U7-U11 recreational and developmental teams will be done through the FC Milwaukee Registration
website. To begin, click on the link below (or copy and paste the website into your browser).
Ages 6-10: (U7 to U11) Choose from Recreational or Developmental programs offered through
FC Milwaukee Juniors.

Recreational Program: $155
Developmental Program: $700 (U7 and U8)
$800 (U9 and U10)
Ages 11-13: (U12 and U14) Recreational programs provided directly by MFSC and registrations are done
through Acive.com, as required by the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association.

Would you like your child to experience the game without joining the club for a full season?
Whether or not your child is enrolled in the full season programs, your child can still participate in the
Soccer Academy (6-12 year olds) or the Micro Soccer (3-5 year olds) clinic-style programs.

A parent or guardian must also complete a Liability Waiver and Medical Consent form. Download the
form, print out, and provide the completed form to your coach prior to the first game.
